Sarah has been absolutely outstanding throughout, constantly providing guidance and offering advice in order to overcome the various hurdles that we have encountered in processing these cases…..Sarah has always been willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the cases stay on track and, for want of a better expression, we get the job done. Sarah has regularly made my job much easier from start to finish on these cases and in my opinion, has embodied what I believe it means to “act on behalf of the Bank” as a solicitor. As previously mentioned, this hasn’t been the easiest of cases at times, but I can honestly say it has been a pleasure working with Sarah throughout.

Lender client

Sarah really proved a great asset throughout. Both the borrowers and Investor solicitors provide to be difficult, and neither showed the commercial considerations of Sarah (which our borrower recognised)… I look forward to working with Sarah again and really appreciate her continued support.
