Ioan Prydderch is a partner and head of the Construction, Energy and Projects Team. He is also head of our Public Sector Team. He has extensive experience of advising clients in the construction and engineering sector on both projects and the disputes that can arise. The team acts for a range of clients ranging from government and public authorities to banks, developers, contractors and subcontractors.

The team advises clients involved in construction, engineering and energy projects. The team includes specialists in procurement, project documentation and dispute resolution.

Ioan has more than 13 years’ experience advising the public and private sectors on issues relating to construction law and is recognised as an expert in his field. Ioan is recommended for construction dispute work in Legal 500.  Ioan is described as “proactive, accessible, and always very good at assessing the situation” – Chambers
