Jon has specialised in corporate and commercial work throughout his career and advised on numerous substantial and complex transactions.  He has advised Celtic Manor Resort for many years on a wide range of transactions including its host venue agreement with Ryder Cup Europe LLP for the 2010 Ryder Cup matches, its recent acquisition of the hotel business formerly known as the Hilton Newport and most recently on the £83.7m International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales).

Jon has also for many years advised Wesley Clover on numerous venture capital investments and on its establishment of the Alacrity Foundation graduate entrepreneurship programme and has also advised Cardiff Airport on a number of commercial matters.

Jon’s areas of expertise covers all aspects of corporate work including:
