Malcolm Stevens is a consultant and Head of Family team. He is very experienced in family law and has been practising in this sector for over 25 years. He specialises in high net worth financial relief and Children Act matters. Malcolm is also a collaborative lawyer and a member of Resolution – an organisation of 6,500 lawyers in England and Wales who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters.

Malcolm has been a Partner in high street practices from 1980 to 2002, and from 2002 to 2009 in Hugh James. He is also a part time Chairman of Social Security Tribunal.
