Rhys Evans deals with a broad range of property disputes including boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, squatter evictions, easements, wayleaves and other third party rights, dilapidations claims, lease renewal litigation, possession claims and general landlord and tenant litigation.
Rhys has acted in relation to contentious matters for private individuals and commercial businesses. He has particular experience in acting for banking clients and housing associations in relation to the disputes that may arise in the administration and management of property portfolios.
