Having an up to date will is extremely important. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you for you to achieve that.
To get started, there are three points to consider:
- What type of service suits you best?
We offer face to face meetings at your offices, telephone or online service options. The details for each option are set out below. - What type of will suits your needs?
Again, we have set out the options below. These will be discussed with you in more detail in due course and you will be able to change your mind. However, you will be asked to give your initial views when you book an appointment, to help us to give you a preliminary quote and to make sure that you are allocated a suitable will writer. - Do you require a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)?
If you think you might require one or more LPA, you may consider that it makes sense to see to this at the same time as writing your will, and we can assist. When you book an appointment, you will therefore be asked whether you also require them. Our LPA brochure provides further information; you can download it here: Lasting Powers of Attorney
