We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Askin as a Partner in our Commercial team, strengthening our sector expertise in our London office.

Jonathan joins the firm with more than 20 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, including senior leadership roles at Top 50 UK law firms. His appointment represents a further step in the continued growth of our London practice and our wider national offering.
Jonathan has built and led commercial teams in private practice and advised a broad client base, ranging from PLCs and multinational organisations to owner-managed businesses and start-ups. He has also held senior in-house roles, including time with the UK Government as Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial).
Alongside complex commercial arrangements, including supply chain and outsourcing contracts, data and AI governance, he has also advised on large-scale outsourcing projects involving central and local government, including procurement and regulatory matters
His arrival strengthens our sector-focused, multidisciplinary business division, with experience spanning hospitality and leisure, technology, media and entertainment, gaming, manufacturing, retail, travel, sport and the public sector.
