We are pleased to have advised Robert Price Builders’ Merchants on its acquisition of Lliw Building Supplies, based in the Swansea Valley.
This is the latest of a number of acquisitions by Robert Price, supporting its strategic growth and expansion in the regional builders’ merchant market.
Gerallt Jones, Partner and Head of Corporate/Commercial, led the team advising Robert Price, supported by Gemma Davies and Tomas Stephens (Corporate/Commercial) and Peter Hurn, Partner and Head of Commercial Property.

Robert Price currently operates 31 sites across South Wales and Herefordshire, comprising 20 traditional merchant yards alongside a number of specialist branches. These include six roofing centres, two timber specialists, kitchen and bathroom showrooms, a Sustainable Energy Centre, an insulation division, and an agricultural supplies branch. The Group operates under the Robert Price, Tudors and Gower Timber brands.
