We are delighted to announce the appointment of Danielle Cahill as a Partner in our market-leading Private Wealth Disputes team, who will be based in our London office.
Formerly a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance, Danielle brings more than 13 years’ experience of top-tier litigation and dispute resolution practice to the firm. She has acted on high-profile cases involving capacity and power of attorney matters in the High Court and Court of Protection, and her expertise lies in representing high-net-worth individuals in complex family disputes, as well as advising trustees, commercial and banking clients.
Danielle will focus on developing our Private Wealth team’s cross-border and offshore disputes practice. Her appointment reinforces our commitment to strengthening our Private Wealth services for high-net-worth clients in London and nationwide.

This appointment marks another significant step in the evolution of our Private Wealth Disputes team in London and follows the recent advancement of Ryan Taylor to Partner in May this year.
