Hugh James advises FP Hurley on the acquisition of Allen Controls


Hugh James has advised Welsh construction company FP Hurley on the acquisition of a Cardiff electrical engineering business, Allen Control Systems.

FP Hurley are aiming to boost their annual turnover from £20m to £26m following the acquisition.

Adrian Hurley, FP Hurley Managing Director, said; “The directors goals for the forthcoming financial year are to achieve a group turnover of around £26m, and to increase the gross profit margin and control overheads.”
