Hugh James advises on Circle IT acquisition of Fabric IT

The Hugh James Banking and Finance team has played a role in Circle IT’s acquisition of Microsoft Gold Dynamics/CRM Partner Fabric IT.

Banking Partner, Rowena Downie, advised long-standing client HSBC on the due diligence aspects of the deal, which takes the Circle Group to £25 million in turnover and over 100 employees.

Fabric IT will continue to operate autonomously under the deal, which provides Circle IT customers with enhanced Microsoft Cloud capabilities.

Commenting on her involvement, Hugh James Banking Partner, Rowena Downie, said today:

“I was pleased to support Daniel Rees and the rest of the HSBC team on the finance of this strategic acquisition. The tech sector is a burgeoning one and it’s a pleasure to be able to provide a helping hand with exciting developments like this one.”
