Hugh James has advised Avicenna Retail, the UK’s largest independent pharmacy group on the sale of a group of 14 pharmacy properties throughout South Wales.
Our Commercial Property team provided support to Avicenna. The 14 properties were sold at auction and the ongoing pharmacy businesses at all of the locations will be retained by Avicenna on long term leases.
