Lindsey Scourfield is a Senior Associate in our property litigation team, with expertise in landlord and tenant, and freehold and leasehold property disputes and issues. Lindsey has extensive litigation experience in the County Court, High Court and First-tier Tribunal.
He advises on commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, as well as advisory work and disputes involving boundaries, adverse possession, mineral rights and reservations, restrictive covenants, easements, commercial dilapidations, break notices and options, party walls, and public and private rights of way, for public, private and third sector clients and organisations.

He returned to Hugh James as a senior associate in November 2024 after working as an Associate Solicitor at Eversheds Sutherland in Cardiff. He previously worked at Hugh James between 2020 and 2022, having joined from David and Snape in Bridgend. He qualified as a solicitor in 2015
