Penni is an experienced property litigator whose work spans the full range of property related disputes including easements and wayleaves, restrictive covenants, right to light, trespass and nuisance, adverse possession, vendor misrepresentation, TOLATA claims, boundary and party wall disputes, and possession claims.

She has a particular focus on commercial property asset management and commercial landlord & tenant related disputes, in particular lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), Electronic Communications Code, break notices, dilapidations, service charge disputes, contested rent reviews, rent and service charge recovery, estate rent charges, forfeiture and possession, unreasonable refusal to grant consent to sub-let / assign.

She is also experienced in residential landlord and tenant disputes including statutory lease extensions, rights of first refusal and enfranchisement, service charges and consultation for major works, disrepair claims, rent arrears, forfeiture and possession proceedings.

Penni undertakes commercial property asset management and landlord and tenant work for national retail clients and has acted for numerous household names in the marine, rail, aviation, charity, leisure and retail sectors along with public bodies, developers, insurers and individuals.
