Our volume wills, probate and trusts offering provides, on a national basis, outsourced:

  • estate administration;
  • trust administration;
  • will writing (including tax advice if required);
  • Lasting power of attorney;
  • trust deed drafting; and
  • bereavement line

services on behalf of, amongst others, high street banks, lenders, financial services intermediaries, charities, affinity and membership schemes, funeral providers and large employers, and their customers and staff.

We offer an executorship and trusteeship service (through our trust corporation) and free will storage.

Each solution is bespoke to our individual client and scalable as required.  Our solutions can be delivered on an overflow or full outsource basis and can be grey labelled, if required.
