Overview
For clients of law firms
Where law firms do not have their own private client teams, we can offer wills and estate planning services for their clients.
As part of a holistic service, lawyers will advise clients of the need to review their will and estate planning arrangements, particularly following certain life events. Examples of times when wills and estate planning should be reviewed are:
- where a compensation payment is due following an accident;
- where a client is establishing or selling a business;
- on a separation or divorce;
- where an inheritance is due;
- on a sale or purchase of property; and
- following the birth of children or grandchildren.
Please see our Wills and Estate Planning page for more information on the services we can offer.
For employees of law firms
We can also offer wills and estates planning services for the employees of law firms, as an employee benefit. Please contact us using the enquiry form below for more information.
