Hugh James partners with Business Energy Claims to combat energy mis-selling
Hugh James has joined forces with Business Energy Claims and becomes the latest member of its legal panel.
It further bolsters Business Energy Claims’ bid to fight against energy mis-selling and reclaim significant sums for companies across the country.
Business Energy Claims Director Callum Thompson said:
“This is another significant moment for us and more importantly our clients as Hugh James join our expanding panel of law firms.
“We are determined to leave no stone unturned as we recover losses for thousands of companies and the support of law firms as prestigious and dedicated as this is hugely important to us as we continue to grow our client base.
“Our clients are assured of receiving the best possible service and support from the moment they first enquire with us and can count on the full commitment of ourselves and our panel throughout the process until their claim is resolved.
“We are united in our resolve to ensure all valid claims reach the conclusion each business deserves, which is to recover the money which is rightfully theirs and ensure those energy brokers who misled them are brought to justice.”
Neil Stockdale, a Partner on the Board of Management at Hugh James, and Head of the Financial Mis-selling team, said:
“We are delighted to have partnered with Business Energy Claims in assisting companies who have been mis-sold energy or misled with their contracts.
“It is vitally important that those in the energy sector which have misled their clients – for example by not declaring commissions – are brought to task and forced to repay those hard-working businesses who placed their trust in them and were ultimately let down.
“We are so impressed by the diligence, knowledge and commitment of the team at Business Energy Claims in this sector and look forward to connecting with their clients to ensure they receive the money which is rightfully theirs.”
