Sandeep is a Senior Associate in our Neurolaw team and specialises in representing both adults and children who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, polytrauma and spinal injuries. In addition, Sandeep has extensive knowledge of handling fatal accident claims.

Sandeep is passionate about obtaining the best possible outcome for his clients. Having spent a period of time representing the interests of insurers, this has placed him in a position where he understands the concerns of not only his client, but also the paying party. This enables Sandeep to adopt a collaborative approach to litigation, whilst always acting in the best interests of his clients.

Recent Experience

• Recent settlements include a client who suffered polytrauma in a head on collision with a third-party vehicle. The client suffered multiple injuries and underwent an elective through knee amputation. The claim settled for £5.25 million.
• Sandeep also recently settled a claim of an 18-year-old passenger, in a head on collision road traffic accident. The client suffered a head injury and a brachial plexus injury. The claim was complicated because the client had suffered a head injury 5 years pre-accident following a riding accident. The claim settled for £3.1 million.

Career History

• Sandeep qualified as a solicitor at Hugh James in 2005 and advanced to Associate in 2009. In 2011 Sandeep left to work at Greenwoods in Bristol where he worked on large loss claims. In 2013, Sandeep joined Admiral Law as a member of their Serious Injuries Team, specialising in polytrauma and brain injury claims. He returned to Hugh James in 2022 as a Senior Associate solicitor based in the Neurolaw team.
