Kelly specialises in matters relating to the Court of Protection in relation to an individual’s property and financial affairs. She also advises in relation to personal injury trusts.

Kelly acts as a professional deputy and professional trustee in a number of matters.

She acts as a liaison between individuals and their Professional Deputies as well as others within her client’s network of support. Kelly also works with lay deputies and advises them around their roles and responsibilities.

Kelly regularly makes applications to the Court for orders relating to her clients’ property and affairs including Statutory Will applications. Kelly has also made applications under ACC and others and applications relating to extending the deputy’s authority including the purchase of property in a foreign jurisdiction.
