What are you looking for?

Professional regulation

Our Professional Regulation team acts for regulators, sports bodies and professionals throughout England and Wales.

Many professionals are subject to oversight by regulatory and disciplinary bodies. Likewise, many fields of sport are also overseen by regulatory bodies.

Being subject to a disciplinary investigation can be a stressful and worrying time. We also understand and appreciate the media interest that such cases can sometimes create.

How we act for our clients

If you are anticipating the commencement of an investigation, or if you have already been notified by a regulatory body that an investigation has been commenced, it is essential that you seek legal advice as soon as possible.

We can liaise with the regulatory body on your behalf, with a view to ensuring that your interests are protected from an early stage. We can also prepare written submissions on your behalf, and represent you at any interim or substantive hearings that are convened.
