Louise is a Partner in our Serious Injuries team representing claimants with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopaedic polytrauma. Louise’ cases are often complex, can involve disputed liability and involve significant damages. She has a proven track record of securing rehabilitation, therapies, interim payments and support for her clients as well as significant final compensation awards for her clients.
Louise prides herself on having a warm rapport with her clients, their families, and ensures a strong legal team are built around them including highly regarded medical experts and barristers. She is committed to ensuring that they are fully supported and advised throughout the claim and what is likely to be the most distressing times in their lives.
Louise has experience bringing explains against insurance companies, the Motor Insurance Bureau (in both their untraced and uninsured schemes) and the CICA.

- XAX v PF: RTC where the Claimant sustained a severe traumatic brain injury. Multi million pound settlement negotiated 1 week prior to liability trial.
- BJ v Churchill: The Claimant was a front seat passenger in a RTC which resulted in them sustaining a spinal cord injury. Liability fiercely in despite. Settled for 7 figures following issue of proceedings.
- GHH v AA and MIB: RTC where the Claimant sustained a very severe Traumatic brain injury resulting in significant neurocognitive, neuropsychological and neuropsychiatric deficits. Gross settlement of £13.75m negotiated at JSM providing the Claimant with lifelong 2:1 care and therapeutic support.
