We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed to multiple lots on Surrey Council’s four-authority Legal Services Framework, which provides shared legal services across Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton & Hove Councils.

Under the framework agreement, our team will support the councils with adult and child safeguarding and criminal prosecutions.

Commenting on the appointment, Martin Jones, Partner and Head of Regulatory, said:

“This appointment recognises the depth of our experience supporting local authorities in complex criminal and safeguarding matters. We’re proud to work alongside Surrey Council and its partners to help deliver vital services that protect vulnerable people and strengthen communities.”

The framework allows Surrey Council and its partners to draw on our firm’s specialist public law and social care expertise as needed.

This appointment reinforces our position as a trusted legal partner for local authorities throughout England and Wales.
