We have achieved a number of key improvements and maintained other significant rankings in the newly released 2027 Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide and Spear’s Family Law index.
In the recently published Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide, we have once again been recognised as the only law firm in Wales ranked Band 1 for both Private Wealth Law and Private Wealth Disputes, reinforcing our position as one of the UK’s leading advisers to high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and business owners.
Notably, Ryan Taylor, Partner and Head of our Private Wealth Disputes team in London, enters the rankings as Band 4 For Private Wealth Disputes (London Firms), reflecting the growing national reputation of our team’s contentious private wealth practice.
Catrin Wigley, Partner in Estate Planning, has also been awarded a Band 2 ranking, further underlining her growing reputation and contributions to the sector.
A number of individuals have also successfully maintained their Private Wealth Disputes and Private Wealth Law rankings, including Roman Kubiak, Partner and Head of Private Wealth Disputes (Band 1), Austin Gill, Legal Director (Up and Coming) and Eleanor Evans, Partner and Head of Trusts and Estates Administration (Band 1).
Speaking on this year’s rankings, Matthew Evans, Partner and Head of Private Wealth, said:
“To retain our position as the only firm in Wales ranked Band 1 for both Private Wealth Law and Private Wealth Disputes is an achievement that reflects the exceptional people we have across our Private Wealth team.
“These rankings not only demonstrate our technical expertise, but also our commitment to providing trusted, practical advice to individuals, families and trustees across Wales, the UK and internationally.”
This follows the news that Victoria Cannon, Partner and Head of Family Law, has been recognised for the second year in a row in the Spear’s Family Lawyers Index, in which she is ranked as a recommended family lawyers for high-net-worth clients.
The Spear’s Family Lawyers Index refers to professional rankings published by Spear’s Magazine, specifically highlighting leading experts in family law advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Victoria has been recognised for her work advising entrepreneurs, business owners, sportspeople and other high-net-worth individuals, further strengthening our family team’s offering to clients with sophisticated personal and family wealth considerations.
