Hugh James named in Headway Injury Solicitors Directory 2022

The Hugh James Brain Injury team has been selected to appear in the Headway Directory of Head Injury Solicitors 2022. The specialist team has featured in the annual Directory for a number of years, due to its significant experience in supporting children and adults with brain injuries.

Each year, the charity selects only trusted firms for its legal Directory. These firms must have specialist experience in dealing with brain injury claims and are required to operate within the Headway Personal Injury Lawyers code of conduct, which provides assurance to clients over the service they can expect from its solicitors.

Headway is a UK charity that works to improve life after brain injury by providing vital support and information services.

The Hugh James legal team has recovered many millions of pounds for individuals and families affected by a brain injury over the past 30 years. In November, it won Catastrophic Injury Team of the Year at the Claims Media Personal Injury Awards.

The team are members of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and are also approved as brain injury solicitors by the Child Brain Injury Trust and the Brain Injury group. They are consistently ranked in the top tiers by the independent legal guides, Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, as leaders in the field of personal injury and specifically spinal cord and brain injury litigation.
