Our client, Victorian Sliders, has successfully secured a new multi-million pound investment from growth capital investor, BGF.
Our Corporate Commercial team led by Gerallt Jones, Andrew Hoad and Kate Wilson advised the company on the £4 million investment, with Siôn Tudur advising the management team.
Victorian Sliders, headquartered in Ammanford, is the largest manufacturer of vertical sliding windows in Europe and exclusive providers of ECOSlide sash windows. This second round of funding from BGF will support the company’s ambitious growth plans to become a world-class manufacturer.
