Catherine Morgan is a Senior Associate in our Serious Injury team, acting for adults and children who have sustained catastrophic injuries, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and complex orthopaedic injury. She also represents families who have lost loved ones, bringing claims under the Fatal Accidents Act.
Catherine has particular experience handling multi-track, high value claims arising from road traffic collisions, workplace accidents and public liability incidents, working alongside senior colleagues on the most complex catastrophic injury cases while also holding conduct of her own substantial caseload.
She is an APIL Accredited Senior Litigator and is known for her strong client care skills, supporting clients and their families through what is often the most difficult period of their lives, and helping them to secure the compensation, rehabilitation and support they need to move forward.
