In this week’s podcast, the abuse team explore the factors that contribute to the barriers faced by abused gay and bisexual men in accessing support, including stigma, discrimination, and lack of awareness among service providers. They will also be sharing their insights and recommendations on how these barriers can be addressed and overcome.

One of the key issues facing gay and bisexual men who have experienced sexual abuse is the reluctance to come forward due to fears of being stigmatized or discriminated against.
