Hugh James to sponsor 2024 Social Care Wales Accolades

We’re delighted to announce that we are the main sponsor at the 2024 Social Care Accolades.

The Accolades are Social Care Wales’s annual awards that recognise, celebrate and share the excellent work that’s happening across social care and childcare, play and early years in Wales.

The awards recognise the work of groups, teams and organisations, as well as workers from across the public, private, voluntary and co-operative sectors in Wales.

Martin Jones, Partner and Head of the Regulatory Department, will give an opening address at the 2024 Accolades awards ceremony, which takes place on 25 April 2024 at Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel.

Martin said:

“We’re delighted to be the headline sponsor of the 2024 Accolades.  At Hugh James we recognise the invaluable contributions of those dedicated to social care, and we’re committed to supporting and advocating for their vital work. Congratulations to all the nominees for their unwavering commitment to making a difference in our communities, and I wish them the best of luck.”

Sue Evans, Social Care Wales’s Chief Executive, said:

“We’re pleased to welcome Hugh James on board as the main sponsor of the 2024 Accolades. We’ve had a close working relationship with the firm for many years and are delighted they’ve agreed to sponsor our awards.

The Accolades are our opportunity to say thank you to our social care and early years teams in Wales and to showcase the valuable work they do to support our most vulnerable citizens.

We wouldn’t be able to run the Accolades without the support of our sponsors, so we’re very grateful to Hugh James for taking up this opportunity to show their support for the social care and childcare, play and early years sectors by becoming the main sponsor of the awards.”
