Webinar Replay: Housing disrepair claims | November 2023

Keeping tenants safe is undoubtedly a key priority for all involved in the sector. Achieving the right balance of responding swiftly to genuine claims of disrepair and managing the commercial challenges of vexatious claims fuelled by poorly advised tenants can be less clear cut. In this webinar Rebecca Rees, Head of Property Dispute Resolution at Hugh James tackles these issues head on, highlighting the latest guidance from the judges’ bench, the collaborative approach being taken by the sector as a whole and how we can help.

We have posted the webinar recording above, for you to watch at your leisure.
