The family of a 21 year old man is appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision, which has left the young man with life changing injuries.
Danny Bradbury, who was an NHS Testing worker and fitness fanatic, was driving his vehicle along the A417 in Gloucester on 11th March 2022 at approximately 19.20pm when a collision occurred. Danny was alone and driving his vehicle to visit his girlfriend, when he came across the Zoon’s Court Roundabout in complete darkness. Danny, not being local to the area was unaware of the roundabout and his vehicle impacted with a barrier, before flipping and landing on the central roundabout island.
Danny required life saving treatment as a result of the collision but has been left requiring inpatient neuro-rehabilitation in respect of a brain injury. Danny is represented by his Solicitor, Polly Herbert, who is a Partner in the Hugh James Neurolaw Team.
“We are aware there was a problem with the lighting around the Zoon’s Court roundabout, possibly for a few months before the collision occurred. Reports of multiple complaints and collisions on the roundabout between December 2021 and Danny’s collision in March 2022 have been brought to the attention of Danny’s family. We are really interested in hearing from anyone who was involved or witnessed a collision on Zoon’s Court roundabout when it was without lighting between December 2021 and March 2022. Any help would be greatly appreciated by Danny and his family”.
