Jayne joined Hugh James in December 2021 and is responsible for overseeing our approach to relationship management and ensuring we keep our promises to our clients.
Jayne has a wealth of experience within professional services, having worked for eight years for PwC and, prior to that, the law firms Clarke Willmott, TLT and Burges Salmon.
Having spent her entire career in account management, business development, and bid management and proposal writing, she has a strong understanding of what our clients are looking for from their advisors and how we can deliver excellent client service.
Having completed training with sales bodies Shipley and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), Jayne is able to apply leading sales best practices to her work.
Originally from the Midlands, Jayne stayed in Bristol for many years after studying at Bristol University, before relocating to Wales in 2018.
