How can we help funders & insurers?
We work closely with litigation funders and insurers to provide reliable early-stage assessments, structured reporting, and efficient progression of high-volume claims arising from SSB Law’s collapse. Our team can review cases at scale, identify viable matters quickly, and deliver clear recommendations on prospects and quantum. We’re experienced in working within agreed SLAs, ensuring transparency, consistency, and dependable case management from start to finish.
Evidence we’ll ask for
To help us assess your claim efficiently, it’s useful (but not essential) to provide any of the following documents you may have:
- Retainer or funding agreements with SSB Law
- Correspondence explaining their advice or the outcome of your case
- Any expert reports, valuations or technical evidence previously obtained
- Copies of claim forms, schedules of loss, or settlement communications
- Emails or notes showing delays, errors, or missed deadlines
- Financial records showing the losses you have suffered
