Sophie is experienced in claims involving brain injury and amputation and has successfully concluded a number of maximum severity claims. She also deals with cases involving spinal injuries, ophthalmic injuries, delays in diagnosis of cancer, surgical mismanagement and injuries resulting in death. She was previously lead solicitor on a quasi-group litigation order representing a group of Claimants in claims against an ophthalmic surgeon who had been erased from the GMC register.
