Partners, Bethan Gladwyn and Rebecca Rees, have today published an informative post about the new Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 in the RICS Property Journal.

‘Preparing landlords for new Welsh legislation‘ shares key details about the Act, including the obligations that landlords will need to ready themselves for.

The Act, which will affect almost every part of residential property management, recently had its implementation pushed back to 1 December 2022.
