How to support your workforce through the cost of living crisis

Continuing with our “How to” theme, Kate Walsh and Sali Owens from the Employment & HR services team have recorded a video on how to support your workforce through the cost of living crisis. The video includes a detailed discussion surrounding:

  • recent statistics on how the cost of living is affecting workers
  • noticeable trends in the types of queries raised by concerned clients
  • understanding issues unique to your organisation or workforce
  • initiatives you may wish to explore in your organisation
  • managing and communicating change in your organisation.

As mentioned in the video, we are keen to hear from you, if there are any support initiatives which have been working well in your organisation that were not discussed during the video. If so, please do get in touch to share your experience.

Please also let us know if you would like to attend a roundtable event in early 2023 to discuss this topic and we will keep you updated by email.
