“Hugh James has seen a general increase in activity in both primary and secondary healthcare transactions with a number of other transactions in the pipeline for 2017.”

Sahra Noor, Ty Coch nursing home manager, commented:

“All our residents and staff are excited about this new chapter with Linc. The transition has been met with lots of positivity and we definitely see this as a good step for Ty Coch in terms of the opportunities a large company like Linc can bring. The future is looking a lot brighter.”

Louise Attwood, Development Director at Linc, said:

“Our long term strategy is to develop and expand our offering and Ty Coch was the perfect addition to our portfolio of high-quality health, social care and affordable housing schemes.
