As an Associate in the commercial property team, Aimee has experience in a number of areas including consortium schemes, acquisitions and disposals, infrastructure and planning agreements and Landlord and Tenant matters. She acts for a broad range of clients in both the private and public sector, including Natural Resources Wales, Natural England, S.A. Brain & Company Limited, Persimmon and Welsh Government.
Following completion of Legal Practice Course Aimee joined Hugh James as a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Administration team, where she gained experience in estate administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates.
Aimee then moved to Glamorgan Law LLP working as a paralegal based in residential conveyancing, dealing with a variety of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build properties, plots of land, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and Help to Buy. Training at Glamorgan Law LLP, Aimee carried out work in both residential and commercial property, private client and family. Within commercial property, Aimee dealt with leases, rent deposit agreements, lease extensions and preparing and reporting on auction packs.
After qualifying in June 2017, Aimee joined Hugh James as Solicitor within the commercial property team.
