Hannah has acted solely for claimants in medical negligence cases since she qualified in 2004. She has dealt with a wide range of claims to include bowel injury, spinal injury and brain injury arising from both obstetric mismanagement and delay in diagnosing meningitis. Hannah has successfully taken a case to trial which arose as a result of a delay in diagnosing compartment syndrome.
Hannah has dealt with a number of catastrophic injury claims in which the damages recovered were seven figure settlements and was recommended in Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 in 2014 before she took a career break to look after her children. Hannah has vast experience in colorectal surgery, spinal injuries, brain injuries and vascular claims.
Hannah trained with Hugh James, and qualified in 2004. In 2007 Hannah began working with Hugh James as an associate and progressed to Partner in 2011. After a career break between 2015 and 2018, Hannah returned to Hugh James as a Senior Associate.
