James began his legal career in Hugh James in 2014 as a paralegal in the Nursing Care department. He then went on to complete his training contract and qualified as a solicitor in March 2019.
James is currently a member of the Financial Mis-Selling team where he specialises in recovering compensation relating to pensions, mortgages and other financial products.
James has also had experience in working on high profile, multi-party group litigation, namely the case against Berkeley Burke SIPP Administration Ltd.
As part of the wider Group-Actions team, James is also working on cases relating to work-related respiratory illnesses and air pollution.
Successfully acted for clients in the group action litigation against the pension provider Berkeley Burke SIPP Administration Ltd.
