Mala is an Associate in the Clinical Negligence team and acts exclusively for individuals who have suffered life changing injuries as a result of negligence on the part of hospitals, GPs and private doctors.
Mala has a varied caseload with several complex and high value cases. She represents clients in a wide range of areas including cases involving a delay in diagnosis of cancer, childbirth related injuries, dental negligence, negligence in A&E and by paramedics, ophthalmic injuries, surgical negligence and fatal claims.
Mala represents families at inquests and is proud to be able to support families through what is often a very traumatising process for them.
Mala previously worked in the personal injury and clinical negligence department at Russell-Cooke LLP where she gained enormous experience in the conduct of complex and high value clinical negligence claims. Mala has also worked at Bolt Burdon Kemp as a senior solicitor in the child brain injury team. She has acted in litigated high value brain injury cases and has also represented the brain injured child’s family members in their secondary victim claims.
Mala is passionate about ensuring her clients receive the compensation and support they need to thrive post injury and live with dignity. Mala takes pride in providing an empathetic service to her clients and fighting their cases with tenacity.
