Sarah Bolt is based in the London office and is a Senior Associate in the Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates team. She joined Hugh James in January 2021, and has over a decade of experience covering contentious aspects of insolvency, wills, trusts and estate litigation.
Within this, she has built up a specialist focus on cross-border and charity legacy disputes and has acted for clients such as CRUK, BHF, RNIC, the Donkey Sanctuary, Save the Children, Macmillan Cancer Support, the Alzheimer's Society and RNLI.
Following qualification, Sarah worked at Eversheds, Osborne Clarke and Stone King. In 2018, she moved to the British Virgin Islands to work for Harney, Westwood & Riegals. In that time, Sarah has built up a strong reputation acting for trustees, trust companies, executors, beneficiaries, banks, registered agents, and insolvency practitioners.
