Simon specialises in all aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant and secured lending and wills and probate.
Most recently he has been advising clients on secured lending work for a London based Middle Eastern bank, acting for a major distributor of dairy products in the hotel and leisure sector based in London and the South East and advising a developer of a large property portfolio in Borough Market. He also acted on the sale of the property portfolio for the superannuation fund of a London based local authority.
Simon joined Hugh James in September 2016 after the firm merged with Claremont Richards, a boutique London-based firm. Prior to this he worked for Isadore Goldman, Beachcroft Stanleys and also worked in-house at Mercury Communications Limited. Simon qualified in 1990 after studying at the University of Birmingham.
Simon has a STEP Diploma and also speaks conversational French.
