Carlos is a Senior Associate in the Specialist Personal Injury Department. He joined Hugh James in 2012.
Carlos has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation, having spent the last 10 years specialising in personal injury multi-track claims, securing compensation for individuals in higher value motor cycle accident claims and product liability group action claims.
Currently, Carlos manages a team of lawyers representing a cohort of claimants who are pursing claims against the manufacturer of a defective ‘metal on metal’ hip implant.
