Webinar: Business Immigration & Employment Law replay

We’re delighted to have joined forces with Aerospace Wales, for an employment law webinar, covering the key considerations for employers in a post-Brexit and post-pandemic world.

Rhiannon Dale & Eleanor Bamber from the Employment & HR Services team consider the impact of Brexit on EU nationals’ immigration status, and what employers will need to do should they wish to employ EU workers going forwards.

They cover immigration routes including via Skilled Worker / Intra Company Transfers (ICT) and employment law implications associated with “in person” events or where work cannot be done at home.

The session also considers the new requirements for right to work checks, in particular for checking the right to work of EEA nationals and their family members, following the Brexit post-transition grace period which ended on 30 June 2021.

We have posted the webinar recording above, for you to watch at your leisure.
