RSL public procurement case study

We advised a large RSL in the South Wales area on the establishment of a framework contract for works.

The framework was intended to allow the contracting authority flexibility to change contractor during defined stages of the project and to allow for variant bids to take into account the on-going availability of grant funding for the development and build of energy efficient homes.

We advised on the procurement implications of the specific requirements of the RSL, reviewed and commented on draft procurement documents and produced the framework contract.
