Webinar: A costly refusal – when professional executors should, but refuse, to step down replay

As part of our Autumn Private Client webinar series with Legal Network, Associate, Kieran Forsyth, hosted a webinar on the fallout when professional executors refuse to step down from their executorship.

Kieran discusses an interesting case that involves a negative costs fallout as a result of a firm of solicitors refusing to renounce their executorship at the request of a beneficiary. He also more generally considers where there is a need to remove a rogue or ineffective executor.

We have posted the webinar recording above, for you to watch at your leisure.
